When asked about dogs, we often say that “Well behaved dogs we welcome, their well-behaved owners, we tolerate!!”
A little tongue in cheek, perhaps, but seriously, when it comes to dogs, we love ‘em and you are more than welcome to bring your dog with you.
However not all our guests are dog lovers and we do ask that you ensure that your pooch doesn’t spoil other guests’ stays with us.
Your dog is more than welcome to sit with you in the Guest Lounge, either on or off the lead, as appropriate. The Kitchen & Dining Room are off limits as you’d expect, please.
We ask that your dog is not left in your bedroom unattended, please put him or her in your car when you are in our dining room.
Please also don’t forget to bring their bed, blanket, food and bowl, though we do have spares available if needed.
There are plenty of walks around the house, from short “comfort strolls” to longer leg stretches both for your dog and for you!!
We do have bins where you can deposit any “poop scoop” bags – we’ll show you those when you get here.
We look forward to meeting you and your dog - Rajah does too, especially if you volunteer to let him guide you round any of his favourite local walks.
